Building Capacity to Coordinate Efforts towards Elimination of Malnutrition in Namibia
Since 2020, NAFSAN is a member of the global SUN Civil Society Network and also works together with GIZ Namibia to establish itself as vibrant Civil Society Alliance for Nutrition and Food Security in Namibia.
Initial support in 2020/21 came from GIZ’s ECAP project, while the Farming-for-Resiliance (F4R) project supported NAFSAN and the development of the unique “Nutrition-for-Health” training in 2022/23.
Since December 2022, the European Union is working with NAFSAN in the project: “Making Multi-Sectoral Coordination Work: Collaborating towards better nutrition, food security and development for everyone.”
